I am a 29 year old, from Connecticut. A certified personal trainer. Pole fitness instructor. I am a certified travel agent. I also own a swag bag marketing business.

I for one am not a blogger nor one who loves to write lol. But I figured a blog site would be a great way to update, educate and hopefully inspire others.

Oh yes, and when I have free time, I love a good glass of wine and some DIY crafts.
