Smoothie Bowl, High Protein 

Let’s be honest, all of us are not trying to lose weight. Some of us have different goals. If you’re looking for a delicious, clean, high calorie, high protein smoothie bowl recipe…try mine!

For the smoothie :

  • 1 cup Vanilla  Organic Greek Yogurt 
  • 1/4 cup  Sunflower Seeds 
  • 1 pkt frozen berries fruit mix
  • 1tbs Organic olive oil 

The Toppings:

  • 1 tbs Organic  Flax seed 
  • 1/4 cup Almond Coconut Gronola 
  • 3tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Flakes 

Nutritional values :

975 calories 

88g carbs

61g fat 

25g protein 

*Any flavor Gronola is fine to use
