What I like about this product is that it comes in a convenient spray. So I don’t have to stop what I am doing throughout the day to make an energy drink. The ingredients are natural all the way down the flavor, so I can feel good about what I am putting inside of my body. The flavor is a hint of orange raspberry. It is very light and not overpowering.
How effective is Boost Daily Spray Vitamins?
I have taken the spray before my normal afternoon crash and also purposely right after the crash hit. I found that it works for me either way. I don’t feel like I just took a pre-workout or chugged a bunch of caffeine. The energy feels natural. As if I had a good night’s sleep and was naturally energized and well rested.
