HOW IT WORKS
Phase 1: Apply to become a new client. Then schedule a Free discovery call. Unlike some other online trainers/coaches I do not just work with everyone who is willing to pay. I want to ensure that you are self-motivated enough to stick with a program and also that we will be a good fit.
Phase 2: During your 30 minute discovery call we will go over your goals in detail. We will create a game plan for you based around your challenges and lifestyle.
Phase 3: I will give you access to our mobile app. You will be give a few assessments and then I will use the results to finish your customized plan.
Optional free feature: Sync with your Apple Watch or Fitbit so I can help coach you on your steps, sleeping habits, heart rate during training and more! You can follow along with your workouts and get reminders right from your watch. Ask me for details.
View your daily assigned habits. To keep things simple you will receive no more than three habits to work on at any given time to master.
View in app HD video demonstrations for each exercise. App included built in fitness timer. The ability to swap out exercises and more importantly tracking of your workouts so I can make changes to your plan as we go.
After each workout, rate the difficulty and add any notes for me to see and provide feedback.
For those clients using MyFitnessPal, the integration offers in-depth nutrition tracking by automatically syncing calories, macronutrients, and meal information entered in MyFitnessPal straight to our app. I can see all the details of what you are eating and use that powerful data to offer advice, tweak meal plans, and keep you on track with nutrition to achieve your goals.
